A judge warned a drug dealer he was making ‘no promises’ over the sentence he’d get.
Elliot Rodney, 22, appeared before Oxford Crown Court on Monday afternoon, where he pleaded guilty to three counts of possessing class A and B drugs with intent to supply them.
The Eynsham man was caught with cocaine, ketamine and cannabis in Witney on July 16, 2019.
Rodney, of Falstaff Close, Eynsham, also admitted breaching a conditional discharge imposed in March 2019 at Oxford Magistrates’ Court.
Adjourning the case until April 12, Judge Michael Gledhill QC said: “By adjourning sentence I don’t want you to think in any way I am promising you will not be sent to prison. We will wait to see what comes out of the pre-sentence report.”
