GRAHAM BOND, 56, of Balfour Road, Oxford, was found guilty of touching a woman sexually in Stanton St John on November 5, 2020. He was made subject to an 18 month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was told to pay £125 compensation, £300 costs and a £95 victim surcharge. He must register as a sex offender for five years.

TIMOTHY JOYCE, 51, of Red Bridge Hollow, Oxford, pleaded guilty ahead of his trial to using a mobile phone while driving on Cowley Road on February 9 last year. He was given six penalty points, fined £80 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

SAMUAL WALL, 30, of Brownfield Gardens, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis. He was fined £162, banned from the roads for three years and told to pay £334 in costs and surcharge.

BENJAMIN LYON, 30, of Holloway Road, Witney, pleaded guilty ahead of his trial to failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis at Abingdon police station on November 18 last year. He was fined £246, ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge and given 10 penalty points.

HASANUL RAJA, 38, of West End Avenue, Smethwick, admitted driving a black Audi S6 on the M40 at Wendlebury on August 2 last year while over the limit of cocaine derivative Benzoylecgonine. He was disqualified from driving for a year, fined £400 and ordered to pay £125 in costs and surcharge.

KIRK SMITH, 43, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted drug driving a VW Golf on Hollow Way, Oxford, last August. He was found to be over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £75, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge. No order was made for costs, with the court record noting that Smith had been issued with a fixed penalty notice at the time last summer for driving without insurance and ‘should have been dealt with for the drug drive offence at the same time’.

PERCY TUSTAIN, 26, of Blenheim Drive, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Ranger 4x4 on West Street, Bicester, while over the drug driving limit for cannabis. He was fined £350, banned from driving for a year and must pay £120 in costs and surcharge.

MATEUSZ KOWZAN, 37, of Broadway, Didcot, admitted drink driving a Citroen Xsara in Abbot Road on January 12 and driving it without a licence. Breathalyser tests showed he had 110mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was given a 12 month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Kowzan was banned from driving for two years and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

SHANE MAUGHAN, 21, of Middle Ground, Wheatley, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Thame on June 23 last year by beating him. He was given a 12 month community order with up to eight rehabilitation activity days, fined £80, must pay £100 compensation to his victim and was also ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

NATASHA EL-HOSNY, 22, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted driving a Toyota Aygo on Ashurst Way last August while over the cannabis limit. She was fined £184, must pay £119 in costs and surcharge and was banned from driving for a year.
