OXFORD Stadium’s executive suites have been transformed after ‘almost a decade of neglect’.

The three suites have been refloored, painted and had a new heating and air conditioning system implemented.

Each suite has capacity to host 24 people for greyhound racing and speedway meetings, and includes its own bar area.

Lisa Hust, commercial operations manager at Oxford Stadium, said: “After many months of hard work, the interior development of Oxford Stadium is starting to take shape.

“Our executive suites have been restored to their former glory and are ready to host guests on race nights, in addition to events and conferences.

“Following almost a decade of neglect, our suites have been modernised and will provide visitors with the ultimate trackside hospitality and viewing experience.

“The demand we have received for bookings has been overwhelming and is testament to the interest and buzz the reopening of Oxford Stadium has generated locally.

“Six months ago, Oxford Stadium resembled an overgrown field. Although parts of the interior remained in remarkably good condition, most areas were derelict and required serious renovation.

“The hard work of everyone on site in the past few months is now bringing the venue to life again.”
