A bar owned by actress Florence Pugh’s dad has reopened to the public.

Café Tarifa, which is described as a “hidden oasis on Cowley Road” is Spanish beach inspired and serves cocktails, Spanish beers and wines.

The bar is owned by Clinton Pugh, the actress’s dad, who also owns Kazbar and Café Coco in Oxford.

The bar announced its return on Instagram in a post which showed a picture of the Café’s deals on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

The post read: “We are back! New and improved, covered and heated garden, chilled seating. HAPPY ALL NIGHTS, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays!”

Actor and musician Toby Sebastian, Florence’s brother, commented and said: “AMAZING! Can’t believe it’s back open.”

The announcement post was then followed by videos showing the inside and outside of the bar.

In the videos the new covered seating area and heaters in the garden can be seen as well as the Spanish décor.
