JONATHAN MORLEY, 59, of Manor Road, Witney, admitted drink driving. He was fined £300, disqualified from driving for 16 months and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

CURTIS LOCKYER, 24, of Henley Road, Caversham, pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving a BMW carelessly on the B481 Highmore on August 1, 2018. He was fined £600, banned from the roads for a year and a half and must pay £145 in costs and surcharge.

NAILA ALWI-ABUBAKER, 46, of Roman Road, Wheatley, admitted damaging gaming machine wiring at Betfred, Headington, assaulting a woman and assaulting two emergency workers in November. He must pay £210 compensation and complete a drug rehabilitation programme as part of a community order.

BRANDON DAY, 26, of Faulkner Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving an Audi A6 in Wantage while over the cannabis drug driving limit. He was fined £220, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL ELKERTON, 32, of Caversham Close, Nuneaton, admitted to being drunk in charge of a vehicle. He was caught behind the wheel of a Range Rover Sport in Chimney House Lane, Bampton, on December 4 when tests showed he later had 89mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was given 10 penalty points, fined £230 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

KATHLEEN MCINERNEY, 48, of Little Rollright, near Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mini Cooper in Bloxham Road, Banbury, on December 4. Tests showed she had 87mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. The magistrates fined her £1,500, banned her from driving for 20 months and ordered she pay £235 in costs and surcharge.

GABRIEL WILSON, 40, of West Street, Banbury, admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra in Chalker Way, Banbury, last July while over the drug drive limit for cannabis and cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine. He was fined £276, banned from the roads for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JAKE BELCHER, 26, of Hardings Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman in Botley on May 8 last year and damaging her Samsung Galaxy mobile phone. He was ordered to pay £800 compensation and must complete 50 hours of unpaid work and 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a 12 month community order. He was ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

LEO SCOTT-DAVIS, 19, of Parsons Piece, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving a black Yamaha motorbike carelessly on the A4260 Oxford Road, Steeple Aston, last July and damaging an off side wing mirror of another car. He was fined £277, must pay £393 in compensation and was given eight penalty points. The justices imposed £119 in costs and surcharge.

ANNA BOYDEN, 36, of Bicester Road, Westcott, admitted drink driving a Range Rover on the A41 at Blackthorn. Tests showed she was more than three times the legal limit, blowing 120mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was given 200 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for three years and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
