Two Mercedes drivers from Oxford have been fined by courts around the country so far this month for breaking the rules of the road.
On January 11 Wing Tse, of Lonsdale Road in Oxford, appeared at Cornwall Magistrates' Court.
82-year old Tse appeared in court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required.

The court found that on July 12 2021 Tse failed to provide information to the police relating to the driver of a Mercedes C200.
Tse was fined £120, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
The court also handed Tse six penalty points.
Following this on January 14, Francis McHugh, of Holton, appeared at Herefordshire Magistrates' Court.

The court found the 73-year old exceeded the 40 mph speed limit while driving their Mercedes on the A5 Shotatton Crossroads towards Shrewsbury on June 12 of last year.
McHugh was fined £400, made to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £90.
The court also endorsed her driving licence with six penalty points.
