A MAN has been made subject to a community order after he verbally abused a member of the public and ‘stuck both middle fingers up’ at a security guard.
Jose Ramon Phillips, 60, of no fixed abode, was convicted of breaching a criminal behaviour order in Park End Street, Oxford, on May 17.

He was made subject to a community order, whereby he must receive treatment for alcohol dependency.
Saïd Business School celebrated its 25th anniversary last year.
It was formally founded in 1996 following a donation from the businessman Wafic Saïd, opening in Park End Street five years later.
