A Londoner will stand trial on accusations he kidnapped a man in Chelsea in order to sexually assault him.

Luiz da Silva Neto, 35, is said to have snatched the alleged victim on Kings Road, London, last December with intent to commit a sexual offence.

Prosecutors also say he administered ‘unknown substances’ to another man in Oxfordshire on November 10 last year with the intention of stupefying or overpowering him to enable sexual activity.

Neto is accused of causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent on November 10 and December 10 last year.

Appearing before Oxford Crown Court on Monday afternoon, Neto, of Riverlight Quay, Wandsworth, pleaded not guilty to allegations of kidnap, committing kidnap with intent to commit a a sexual act, causing a person to engage in non-consensual sexual activity, and administering a substance with intent to commit a sexual offence.

He pleaded guilty to nine drugs possession charges, admitting possession of methamphetamine, MDMA, cocaine, Methylmethcathinone, ketamine, cannabis, and various class C prescription drugs.

Bearded Neto, who sat in the dock wearing a button-down Ralph Lauren shirt, spoke only to confirm his name and pleas.

Judge Nigel Daly remanded him in custody and fixed his trial for June 13.
