It is no secret that properties in Oxford are expensive and getting on the property ladder is a difficult task.

Research recently revealed that Oxford is the second least affordable local authority area for first-time buyers after London.

One property in the city, however, could be yours for under £100,000.

Wheatley Estates, which is marketing it, describe the home as a 'well-presented' single park home.

It is also set on a 'surprisingly large plot' of land

The home is said to be ideal for a couple or young family as it has no age restrictions on the site.

The property has been on the market since November last year and comes under council tax Band A.
