A lucky driver managed to escape after their car went over an embankment near Tesco's in Abingdon.
Red Watch from Abingdon Fire Station were called to the entrance of the supermarket off Marcham Road at around 9.40pm on Tuesday night following reports of the accident.
When crews arrived they found that the driver had managed to get out of the vehicle before emergency services arrived and was extremely lucky to have avoided injury.
FF Mat Barlow said: "Roads are extremely slippery at the moment, with heavy frosts at night, and roads staying wet and slippery during the day.
"Please take extra care whilst driving, and allow extra time for your journey, and to give you time to de-ice your car properly."
