An alleged Botley killer will appear before Oxford Crown Court this morning.
Egen Coman, 33, of Pinnocks Way, Oxford, is accused of murdering housemate Leonid Laboshin outside their end-of-terrace home in Botley on October 17 last year.
Prosecutors claim that Coman stabbed the Russian national and, later that evening, was found in possession of two knives in Barrington Close, Witney.
The blades were said to have been found in the boot of his BMW.
Coman is expected to appear before Recorder of Oxford Judge Ian Pringle QC later this morning for the case management hearing.
