AN elderly couple were injured in a crash in Oxford.
The collision happened just after 3pm yesterday on the A34 southbound approaching Peartree near Wolvercote and involved a lorry and a car.

South Central Ambulance Servce said it was called to the scene and that an elderly couple in the car sustained minor injuries.
Both were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
