TWO people were fined last month for motoring offences in Cowley Road.
Tiefeng Geng, 23, of Cowley Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence on Cowley Road, on September 1.
He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90.
His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
Antonio Maria Valdo Dos Reis Mendes, 31, of Ridgefield Road, Oxford, admitted driving without third party insurance and without a licence on Cowley Road, on June 27.
He was fined £276, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.
His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
