POLICE have reported that a missing 71-year-old man who may have been spotted in Oxford, has been found safe and well.

Dyfed-Powys Police officers in Wales were looking for William, who was missing from the Haverfordwest area.

He was described by police as being 5ft 6ins, of slight build, balding and speaks with a Pembrokeshire accent.

He was last seen on the morning of January 12.

Thames Valley Police previously reported: “Colleagues are concerned for his welfare and it is believed he has travelled to Oxford.

“There may have been a sighting of William in Cornmarket Street on Wednesday.”

It is thought he may have caught a train to Oxford.
