Lots of films featuring big Hollywood names have chosen spots in Oxfordshire to undertake production.

Films with stars such as Timothée Chalamet, Tom Hanks and Jodie Comer attached have either already filmed scenes, or are set to shoot, across the county.

These are all the films to look out for which filmed scenes in the county:

‘Dune’ actor Timothée Chalamet will star as Willy Wonka in the Paul King-directed feature.

The film will focus on a young Willy Wonka before he opened his world famous chocolate factory.

In December, fans of the star waited to catch a glimpse of Chalamet near Radcliffe Camera where he was filming.

Killing Eve's Jodie Comer and the Joker's Joaquin Phoenix are to star in Kitbag,  a historical drama focusing on the life of French military leader and emperor Napoleon Bonaparte.

The film is directed by Ridley Scott and will begin shooting in Oxfordshire in January 2022.

A source from the set explaining “various battle scenes” will be filmed in Oxfordshire.

The source also described the film as “massive” and “bigger than 1917”.
