Dozens of people have been fined during the last six months for breaching Covid-19 restrictions.

The people all appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court for leaving a Tier 4 area without a reasonable excuse.

Tier 4 restrictions saw a ‘Stay At Home’ order put in place where non-essential retail was closed, household mixing was banned and people had to work from home if they could.

These are all the people who appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court for breaching Tier 4 Covid-19 restrictions:

DANIEL BULLEY, 19, of Lane End in Bramley was found to have been in Berkshire on March 7 2021 without a reasonable excuse. Bulley was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

REBECCA COOPER, 19, of Christchurch Court in Banbury was found to have been outside the Tier 4 area where they were living on March 2 2021. Cooper was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

PAUL SCANLAN, 56, of Warnborough Road in Oxford was found to be outside the area where he was meant to be living in Tier 4 restrictions on February 20 2021. Scanlan was fined £480 and made to pay £90 in costs.

LEONARD LITA, 32, of Terrace Road in Bournemouth was found to be in Berkshire on February 22 2021 without a reasonable excuse. Lita was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

CALLUM EDGE, 25, of Waynflete Road was found to be outside the area Tier 4 where they were living on February 1 2021. Edge was fined £450, made to pay a victim surcharge of £45 and costs of £90.

SHARMAINE CLARKE, 22, of Carters Hill Park in Wokingham was found to be outside the area they were living in during Tier 4 restrictions on March 7 2021. Clarke was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

LEAH FOSTER, 19, of Cromwell Road in West Berkshire was found to be outside where they were living without a reasonable excuse on March 5 2021. Foster was fined was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

Georgia MACE, 20, of Westwood Road in West Berkshire was found to be outside where they were living without a reasonable excuse on March 5 2021. Mace was fined was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

HAYDEN SHEEHAN, 24 of Watlington in Hampshire was found to be in Sandhurst in Berkshire on March 5 2021 without a reasonable excuse. Sheehan was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

JEFFERY BLACK, 42, of Cholmeley Road in Reading was found to be outside of the place where they were living in a Tier 4 area on February 18 2021. Black was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

DYLAN BOWMAN, 22, of Lincoln Road in Berkshire was found to be outside where they were living without a reasonable excuse. Bowman was fined £320, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.

JONATHAN CURY, 36, of Roman Road in Wheatley was found to be in Oxford on February 26 2021 without a reasonable excuse. Cury was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

TAYLOR JOSEPH, 23, of Woolwich Road in Bexley was found to be in Slough on February 25 without a reasonable excuse. Joseph was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

MATTHEW MCKNIGHT, 32, of Victoria Street in High Wycombe was found to be outside where they were living without a reasonable excuse on February 22 2021. McKnight was fined £480, made to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £90.

MICHAL ROSZAK, 40, of Cranbourne Road in Slough was outside to be outside of where they were living without a reasonable excuse on February 27 2021. Roszak was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

GRANT ATKINS, 25, of Griffin Place in Aylesbury was found to be outside the place where they were living on January 1 2021. Atkins was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

HUSN KHAN, 20, of Spearing Road in High Wycombe was found to be outside the place where they were living on February 8 2021. Khan was fined £1,760 and made to pay costs of £90.

MOHAMMAD SHAHNWAZ, 27, of Broadmark Road in Slough was found to be at Horton Road in Slough on February 12 while living in a Tier 4 area. Shahnwaz was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

JAMIE MCGOWAN, 31, of Willow Brook in Abingdon was found to be at Couldrey Close in Abingdon on February 4 while living in a Tier 4 area. McGowan was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £90.

MICHAEL MEIKLEJOHN, 30, of Buckingham Drive in Reading was found to be outside the place they were living without a reasonable excuse on January 25. Meicklejohn was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

JAKE WHITE, 19, of Cradley Walk in Aylesbury was found to be at Bicester Road in Aylesbury on January 19 2021. White was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

PAUL ASSAD, 51, of Wood Close in Windsor was found to be in Slough on March 12 2021 while living in a Tier 4 area. Assad was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

SOFIA BANO, 27, of Hallewell Road in Birmingham was found to be in Sherborne in Gloucestershire while living in a Tier 4 area on March 8 2021. Bano was fined £176 and made to pay £90 in costs.

CHRISTOPHER ROBBINS, 25, of Hillberry in Bracknell Forest was found to be at High Street in Ascot on February 3 2021 while living in a Tier 4 area. Robbins was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85.

FRANKIE GREGORY, 20 of Stephens Firs in Mortimer was found to be outside where they were living at the time in the Tier 4 area of Bramley in Hampshire. Gregory was fined £200, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.

LENNY TRINDER, 34 of Botley Road in Oxford was found to be at the Co-Op on Iffley Road without a reasonable excuse. Trinder was fined £1,100, made to pay a victim surcharge of £110 and costs of £90.

JEFFERY WILLIAMS-BLACK, 42, of Grange Avenue in Reading was found to be outside of where they were living without a reasonable excuse. Williams-Black was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

MOHAMMED HARRIS MEHTAB, 29 of Duke Street in Rochdale was found to be outside where they were living on January 25 when they were in Aylesbury. They were fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

MICHAEL CLISSOLD, 24, of Christmas Common in Watlington was found to be in Oxford on January 30 2021. Clissold was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £90.

MOHAMED ABUU MUNYE, 29, of Marlborough Road in Uxbridge was found to be at Gore Hill in Amersham on February 6 2021. They were fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

PATRICK MONGAN, 20, of St Theresas Close in Homerton was found to be in Slough without a reasonable excuse on January 31. Mongan was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

LIAM HYATT, 23, of Reliance Way in Long Hanborough was found to be outside the place where they were living on February 6 2021. Hyatt was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

TOMMY COATES, 22, of Austen Way in Slough was found to be outside the Tier 4 area they were living on February 1 when they were in Wallingford. Coates was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

TYRIQUE CARTER, 23, of Riverview, Barrow Upon Soar in Loughborough was found to be outside the area where they were living when they were in Oxford on February 13 2021. Carter was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

SYED BUKHARI, 24, of Montague Road in Slough was found to be at Bradley Road in Slough on January 21 2021. Bukhari was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

CLINTON ABBRIEKA, 21, of Fishermead Boulevard in Milton Keynes was found to be outside the place they were living as a person in Tier 4. Abbrieka was fined 1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

MATTHEW WALFORD, 27, of Malthouse Close in Northampton was found to be outside their place of living on February 6 when they were in Milton Keynes. Walford was fined £320, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85.

SALI DZHENGIZ, 24, of Nelson Street in Buckingham was found to be outside their place of living without a reasonable excuse on February 19 2021. Dzhengiz was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85.

WAQAS ALI, 32, of Nashleigh Hill in Chesham was found to be outside their place of living without a reasonable excuse on February 9 2021. Ali was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £85.

MARCO DOS-SANTOS, 26, of Burgundy Drive in Hemel Hempstead was found to be outside are the area where they were living on February 23. Dos-Santos was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

GENISSER GERT, 59, of Elim Christian Church in Wells was found to be outside the area they live in on March 13 when they were in Berkshire. Gert was fined £1,100, made to pay a victim surcharge of £110 and costs of £90.

AEISHA AUSTIN, 19, of Priory Close in Hungerford was found to be outside the Tier 4 area in which she was living on March 20 2021. Austin was fined £320, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.

JOE JOFIRISI, 28, of King Walk in Didcot was found to be in Oxford without a reasonable excuse on March 28 2021. Jofirisi was fined was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

PATRICK DANIELS, 42, of Oxford Road in Reading was found to be outside the place they were living on March 14 2021. Daniels was fined £1,100, made to pay a victim surcharge of £110 and costs of £90.

GEORGE BARKER-WARWICK, 25, of Mowforth Close in Reading was found to be in Oxford on February 3 2021 without a reasonable excuse. Barker-Warwick was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

EMMA TOWNER, 28, of Alan Place in Reading was found to be at King’s Road in Reading on January 22 without a reasonable excuse. Towner was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £90.

JUNAID IQBAL, 27, of Grove Road in Merton was found to be outside the area they were living on January 31 without a reasonable excuse when they were in Slough. Iqbal was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and costs of £90.

TEODORA UNGUNREANU, 28, of Aldborough Road South, Ilford in Redbridge was found to be outside the area where they were living on January 23 2021. Ungunreanu was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

CALLUM GARMAN, 19, of Churchill Avenue in Aylesbury was found to be outside their place of living without a reasonable excuse on February 8 2021. Garman was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

Chelsea Tipper, 20, of Wolverhampton Street in Walsall was found to be in Oxfordshire without a reasonable excuse on February 18 2021. Tipper was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

KRISTIAN MILLWARD, 27, of Brushford Close in Milton Keynes was found to be outside the place they were living without a reasonable excuse on February 21. Millward was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

AKMAL DOGAR, 34, of Lime Walk in Oxford was found to be in Slough without a reason excuse on February 12 2021. Dogar was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

HODA YECHOU, 26, of Chatsworth Gardens in Ealing was found to be in Woodham without a reasonable excuse on February 15 2021. Yechou was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.

ADAM LENARD, 27, of the Columba Hotel in Oban, Argyll and Bute was found to be in Oxford without a reasonable excuse on January 30. Lenard was fined £1,760, made to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £90.
