SAAD REHMAN, 21, of Howard Street, Oxford, admitted drug driving a BMW 1 series on Queens Road in June. He was over the cannabis limit and was also not wearing his seat belt. The magistrates fined him £120, banned him from driving for three years and ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

RICHARD KINNAIRD, 41, of Catwell Court, Oxford, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend an unpaid work session in April. He was fined £350 for the original offences of cannabis possession and threatening behaviour.

HANNAH GREENHALGH, 29, of Benson Close, Bicester, was fined £370 and banned from driving for six months for driving without insurance. She must pay £85 costs and a £37 victim surcharge.

ZALKIFL AHMED, 31, of Broadfields, Oxford, was found to have driven in Meadow Lane, Oxford, without insurance. He was fined £660, given six points and must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

TIRJON SANTOS MAIA, 25, of Nenouville Close, Oxford, was caught speeding on 30mph limit London Road, Oxford, in a black BMW 120d. He drove the car without a licence or insurance. The magistrates imposed six points, fined him £660 and ordered he pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

LUKE BENNETT, 38, of Merton Road, Abrosden, admitted doing 72mph in the 40mph zone on the A41 at Bicester. He was fined £587, given six points and must pay £148 in costs and surcharge.

NATHAN BLACKWELL, 31, of Mary Box Crescent, Witney, admitted speeding on Eynsham Road, Oxford, at 41mph – 11mph above the speed limit. He was fined £100, given four penalty points and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

CRISTINA BLAJUT, 35, of Lawrence Road, Oxford, admitted speeding on Cowley Road at 39mph. She was fined £146, given three points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

JAMES BRITTON, 55, of Shaw Close, Bicester, admitted speeding on Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney. He was fined £392, given six points and ordered to pay £129 in costs and surcharge.

REBECCA CLARK, 33, of Fairfield Close, Grove, admitted speeding in Bix. She was caught doing 66mph on a 40mph limit road. The magistrates fined her £138, imposed six points and ordered she pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

CHELSEY DUMMETT, 28, of Newlands Avenue, Didcot, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was caught doing 69mph – 29mph above the 40 limit. She was fined £426, given six points and must pay £132 in costs and surcharge.

CLAIRE EVANS, 40, of Howe Close, Wheatley, was fined £660 for driving in Cuddesdon without insurance. She must pay £156 in costs and surcharge and was given six penalty points.

JAMES FENN, 33, of Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames, was found to have driven on Abingdon Road, Oxford, without insurance. He was fined £660, given six points and must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

KASHMIR GILL, 64, of Church Lane, Wendlebury, was fined £110 for doing 70mph on the 40mph limit stretch of the A41 at Bicester. She was given six points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

IAN GREAVES, 62, of Gidley Way, Horspath, admitted driving in Crowberry Road without a valid licence or insurance. He was fined £323, given six points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

PHILLIP HODGE, 69, of Mereland Road, Didcot, was fined £440 for speeding on the A415 at Burcot. He was given four points and must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

SAMANTHA HURLEY, 38, of Hill View, Uffington, admitted speeding on the A415 at Burcot. She was fined £293, given four points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW REYNOLDS, 39, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted possession of a hammer in Iffley Road and beating a man on October 17 last year. He was given a 12 month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £100 compensation and a £95 victim surcharge.

ELLIE COLLETT, 23, of Church Meadow, Milton under Wychwood, was given a two year community order for three counts of assaulting women by beating them. The magistrates ordered she do up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days.

CAMILLA METCALFE, 58, of Buttercross Lane, Witney, was found guilty of driving carelessly on Mill Street on November 27, 2020. She was fined £100, given three points and must pay £654 in costs and surcharge.

SCOTT MESSENGER, 47, of Evans Close, Eynsham, admitted possession of cannabis but was found not guilty of possession of a Kukri knife without reasonable excuse in Blackbird Leys Road last July. He was fined £138 for the cannabis possession and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

NEIL COMINS, 37, of no fixed address, was found guilty in his absence of taking a vehicle without consent and driving it without a licence in Banbury in May. He was given a 12 month community order with 60 hours of unpaid work and a drug treatment programme. He received three penalty points and must pay £200 compensation to the owner of the car. Separately, he admitted stealing a bike in South Bar Street, Banbury, and was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

ZAKIR HUSSAIN, 41, of Sawpit Road, Oxford, failed to identify to police the driver of a Mercedes suspected of speeding in Kidlington. He was banned from the roads for six months for repeat offending, fined £660 and must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

BABULLAH KHAN, 76, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted driving in Pegasus Road without insurance. He was fined £177, given eight penalty points and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

RICHARD KWABENA, 37, of Beverley Close, was fined £40 and banned for six months due to reoffending after he was caught doing 87mph on the M40. He must pay £79 in costs and surcharge.

GARY MCNICHOL, 59, of Benson Road, Abingdon, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order by entering a house in Abingdon. He was fined £50.

MOLLY LIPTROT, 18, of Broad Oak, Oxford, pleaded guilty to causing a public nuisance by having the Westgate shopping centre car park closed on April 11 because she was sitting on the edge of a ledge and smashing bottles. The teenager also admitted harassment, assault, failing to leave the railway station in breach of a community protection notice and possession of a bladed article in Cornmarket Street. She was given a two year community order with up to 40 rehabilitation activity requirement days. A criminal behaviour order bans her from ‘placing herself in a dangerous or risky position of great height’, attending Oxford railway station without a ticket, trespassing on railway lines, go to Westgate shopping centre, carry a razorblade, or remain on commercial premises when asked to leave.

PETER BALLA, 45, of Corner Meadow, Mollington, was given 120 hours of unpaid work under a community order after he was convicted off driving a Suzuki Swift in Banbury in June while disqualified from the roads. He also admitted driving the Suzuki without insurance. The magistrates banned him from driving for 12 months and ordered he pay a £95 victim surcharge.
