RUTH SAUNDERS, 53, of Ravensmead, Chinnor, admitted failing to cooperate with a roadside breath test and refusing to provide a blood sample at Banbury police station on March 28. She was given a 12 month community order with 200 hours of unpaid work and was banned from driving for two years. She must pay £795 in costs and surcharge.

SHUHAIB DAWOOD, 36, of Grays Road, Oxford, was fined £280 for sending threatening electronic messages to a man in 2017 and failing to answer bail at Banbury Magistrates’ Court in October 2017. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

EVIE ASHLEY, 27, of High Street, Stanford in the Vale, was ordered to pay £15 compensation for stealing four cans of cider, a loaf of bread and toilet roll from the Co-op in Stanford in the Vale on May 13.

BEVERLY O’NEIL, 57, of Wood Lane, Hailey, admitted speeding on Ducklington Lane, Witney. She was caught doing 37mph on the 30mph road. She was fined £66, given three points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

MARTIN ORAM, 55, of Sinodun Road, Wallingford, was fined £250 and given four points on his licence for doing 50mph on the 30 limit Hithercroft Road in Wallingford in April. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ALEX PARTRIDGE, 40, of Laud’s Close, Henley on Thames, was found to have been speeding on the A4155 at Shiplake. He was fined £220, given three points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LIINA PAVELSON-BEARD, 54, of Peppard Lane, Henley on Thames, was fined £66 and given three penalty points for speeding on the B480 at Middle Assendon. She was caught doing 42mph on the 30mph limit road. The magistrates ordered she pay a £34 victim surcharge.

GLEN RIDER, 40, of Oakley Lane, Chinnor, pleaded guilty to failing to identify the driver of a Jaguar suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was given six points, fined £300 and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

TASHI SEKLECKI, 47, of Over Norton, admitted doing 37mph in the 30mph limit on Marston Road in April. She was fined £66, given three points and must pay a £34 victim surcharge after she pleaded guilty to speeding.

JAMES SMITH, 43, of Beverley Gardens, Bicester, was fined £150 after he was caught at 64mph on the A41 at Bicester, where the road has a 40mph limit. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge and he was given four penalty points.

BEAU WALTER, 36, of Newland, Witney, admitted doing 72mph on Eynsham Road, Oxford, where there is a 30mph limit. He was fined £350, given six points and must pay £125 in costs and surcharge.

MATTHEW WARD, 31, of Laurel Close, Chalgrove, was fined £66 and given six points for speeding in Wallingford. He was caught driving at 43mph on Hithercroft Road, which has a 30mph speed limit. The magistrates ordered he pay a £34 victim surcharge.

JONNY WILSON, 47, of Church Road, Wheatley, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A34 at Wytham. He was clocked at 66mph – 16mph over the speed limit. The JPs fined him £66, imposed three penalty points and ordered he pay a £34 victim surcharge.

LENA HJELLNES, 24, of Wessex Road, Didcot, admitted speeding on Station Road, Didcot. She was caught doing 40mph in the 30 zone. She was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SUZANNE ROYSTON-AIREY, 42, of McKee Square, Benson, admitted speeding on Reading Road, Cholsey. She was caught at 38mph. The JPs fined her £69, imposed three points and ordered she pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

TOMASZ RYBAK, 41, of Stockham Way, Wantage, was found to have been speeding on Mably Way, Grove. He was clocked at 46mph in the 30 zone. He was fined £440, given four points and must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

MARK STANNARD, 53, of Lambton Close, Oxford, was fined £660 and given six points for driving without insurance on Between Towns Road, Oxford, on May 29. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

REECE STORER, 18, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, was found to have driven in the High Street without insurance or a licence. He was fined £660, given seven points and must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW STUART, 39, of Strawberry Path, Oxford, must pay a £660 fine and £156 in court costs and surcharge after he was found to have driven without insurance on Barns Road in May. He was given six penalty points.

ZOE SWEET-ESCOTT, 48, of Meadowcroft Road, Tackley, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was clocked driving at 60mph on the road, which has a 40mph limit. The JPs fined her £150, gave her four points and ordered she pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LEON TSANG, 24, of Cave Street, Oxford, was fined £220 and given three points for speeding on Farnham Road, Slough. He was clocked at 40mph in the 30 zone. The magistrates ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

BRYONY VAUGHAN, 27, of Hardingham Close, Carterton, admitted speeding on the Eastern bypass road in Oxford. She was fined £115, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GAVIN WARD, 51, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, was fined £660 and given six points for driving in Old Kiln Road, Nettlebed, without insurance or a valid licence. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

DAVID WEAVER, 60, of Fisherman’s Wharf, Abingdon, admitted speeding on the Eastern bypass after he was clocked doing 78mph in the 50 zone. The magistrates fined him £400, imposed six points and ordered he pay £130 in costs and surcharge.

TIFFANY KENT, 28, of Bourne Close, Oxford, was fined £660 after she failed to identify the driver of a Rover 45 alleged to have committed a traffic offence. She was banned from driving for six months as a ‘totter’, having clocked up 12 penalty points on her licence, and was ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

CALLUM MORRIS-MILLAR, 24, of Wharton Road, Headington, failed to identify the driver of a VW Golf accused of speeding in Oxford. He was fined £660 in his absence and banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
