PEOPLE have been queueing up this week at vaccination centres to get their booster jabs.

It comes after the Prime Minister announced on Sunday night that a 'tidal wave of Omicron' is on the way and every adult would be offered a booster by the end of the year.

The two Oxfordshire sites which were listed as providing vaccines and boosters on the NHS’s Grab A Jab website were the Kassam Stadium and Exeter Hall in Kidlington.

The Kassam, however, is only open for walk-ins for people who have a weakened immune system and need a third jab.

Exeter Hall was listed as a walk in site but later in the day yesterday was removed from the NHS list.

Take a look at the queues in these photos our photographer Ed Nix took yesterday.
