An alleged robber will stand trial next spring accused of stealing an electric bicycle.
Antonio Marraffa, 26, is said to have taken the £2,200 push bike from a woman in Oxford on May 31 this year.
Appearing before Oxford Crown Court on Tuesday afternoon via video link from HMP Bullingdon, Marraffa, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to a single count of robbery.
Judge Ian Pringle QC granted him technical bail and fixed the trial date for March 28 next year.
The trial is in the warned list, meaning it could be called on at any time during a two week period starting on March 28.
