Fifteen vehicles were stopped this morning in Bicester for having faulty lights.
Following a road safety check, police asked that drivers check that they check the condition of their headlights, sidelights, rear or brake lights.
One E-Scooter was stopped and the rider issued with a warning letter.
There were also 16 negative breath tests.
TVP Roads Policing tweeted: "Please check your lights work."
