An arsonist who set fire to a Thame flat has been jailed.
Alessandro Fanni, 31, torched the flat in Upper High Street on August 15.
At Oxford Crown Court on Thursday, Judge Nigel Daly jailed him for four years and imposed a restraining order banning him from contacting the owner of the flat.
Fanni, of Russett Avenue, Carterton, pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered but denied the more serious charge of arson intending to endanger life.
The victim whose property was damaged was in court to see Fanni sent down.
