A man has been fined by an Oxford court for driving 20mph above the speed limit for his vehicle.
James Barney, of Ochard Way in Middle Barton appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 16.
The court found he drove a light goods vehicle on the A40 near Forest Hill at 80mph, the maximum speed limit for his vehicle is 60mph.
35-year old Barney was fined £153, made to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
