Firefighters are still investigating a bedroom fire, after a number of crews were called to tackle the blaze.
Crews from Witney Fire Station, Bampton Fire Station and Abingdon Fire Station were called to the fire just before 6:30pm last night.
The person living in the property in Brampton was alerted to the fire when their smoke alarms went off, they were able to safely escape and call 999.
The cause is still under investigation but known to be accidental.
Images from the scene show the fire crews in attendance and the charred remains of part of the bedroom.
A spokesperson for Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue said they would like to remind people to have their smoke alarms tested regularly.
