A man from Didcot was fined £344 after being caught speeding on Wantage Road in Didcot.
Deyan Angelov Kyosev, of Chilton Field Way, Didcot, appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court on August 3.
The 30-year-old was driving at 35mph, exceeding the 30mph speed limit.
He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a surcharge to victim services of £34 and £90 in costs, as well as having three penalty points added to his driving licence.
