KHALID MIAH, 44, of David Steel Close, Headington, was fined £440, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge after he pleaded guilty to speeding on Headington Road. He was caught doing twice the speed limit – 60mph in the 30 zone – on February 26.

EWAN WESTON, 23, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply 163g of cannabis in Banbury. He was given a community order with 150 hours of unpaid work and up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER MOORE, 42, of Meredith Street, Manchester, was found guilty in his absence of plied for hire in an unlicensed vehicle, driving without insurance and making a false statement. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £821 in costs and surcharge.

SOUTHERN TRAVEL LTD, also of Meredith Street, Manchester, was also found guilty in its absence of plying for hire without a hackney carriage licence and caused Christopher Moore to drive without insurance. The company was fined £1700 and ordered to pay £911 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW BURROWS, 51, of HMP Bullingdon, pleaded guilty to assaulting a doctor in Chertsey, Surrey, damaging a police van belonging to Surrey Police and attacking a police sergeant in Old Union Way, Thame. He was sentenced to 14 weeks’ imprisonment and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

MOKHTIAR ISAKHAIL, 31, of Pound Way, Oxford, was fined £120 after he pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a man in the city on July 14 last year. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

ZAC SANGER-REYNOLDS, 26, of no fixed address, was ordered to pay £50 compensation after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a man on April 6. He was told to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

PHILIP AUSTIN, 60, of Harlech Close, Banbury, was found to have driven in Bloxham Road, Banbury, without insurance. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

ELLIE BARNETT, 28, of Norbrook Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to speeding on Hinksey Hill on August 22. She was caught doing 56mph in the 30 zone. She was fined £392, given three points and ordered to pay £129 in costs and surcharge.

NICHOLAS GROVES, 28, of Brock Close, Birmingham, admitted driving on the A34 at Weston on the Green while using his mobile phone, and was fined £100, given six penalty points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

ROBERT HELM, 76, of Maria Crescent, Wantage, was fined £131 and given three penalty points after he admitted speeding on Mably Way, Wantage, on May 29. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GAVIN HILL, 64, of Mill Street, Witney, admitted driving on the B4022 while using a mobile phone. He was fined £600, given six points and ordered to pay £150 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW LUKER, 33, of The Lennards, South Cerney, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was caught doing 59mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates fined him £100, imposed three penalty points and ordered he pay a £34 victim surcharge.

JAMES BOYLE, 34, of John Morris Road, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to flytipping household waste in South Quay, Abingdon, and failing to surrender to bail. He was given a 12 month community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and ordered to pay £327 in compensation.

SHANNON COX, 19, of Dashwood Road, Rose Hill, was found guilty of assaulting a man. She was fined £100, told to pay £50 compensation and pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

IAN GREENWOOD, 33, of Court Farm Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing make up and alcohol from Sainsbury’s, failing to surrender to bail and failing to comply with an earlier supervision requirements. He was sentenced to 20 weeks’ imprisonment.

OLIVER MORGAN, 18, of Saffron Walden, Essex, pleaded guilty to permitting a woman to drive a car on Hook Norton Road, Great Rollright, without a licence or insurance. He was fined £466, given eight points and ordered to pay£136 in costs and surcharge.

GEORGE HARRIS, 32, of Caterham, Surrey, admitted speeding on the M40 at Junction 11 near Banbury, on June 5. He was fined £246, given six points and pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

JOSEPH HEANEY, 35, of Sherwood Place, Headington, was found to have been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was caught doing 60mph on the road, which has a 40mph limit. He was fined £440, given four penalty points and must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

MATTHEW HOPKINS, 53, of Somers Road, Reigate, was found to have been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

PATRICK JUSTE, 56, of Beta Boulevard, Garsington, was fined £440 and given four points for speeding on the A34 at Radley. He was caught driving at 82mph in the 60 zone. The magistrates ordered he pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

LAP KAN, 24, of Lock Crescent, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A40 North Way at 45mph. He was fined £66 given three points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

EWAN MILLER, 22, of Brasenose Road, Didcot, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was fined £306, given five points and ordered to pay £120 in costs and surcharge.

NGAGNE SEYE, 29, of Cricket Road, Oxford, was found to have been speeding on Banbury Road, Oxford, on April 5. He was caught doing 45mph on the 30mph limit road. The magistrates fined him £440, gave him five points and ordered he pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

BRUCE NHEU-LAY, 22, of Downside Road, Oxford, was fined £92 after he admitted doing 67mph on the Eastern bypass, a 50mph limit road, on March 31. He was given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LISA NICHOLSON, 29, of Marston Close, Banbury, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was fined £750, given six points and ordered to pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

PETER NOBLE, 58, of Brownsea View Avenue, Poole, was fined £66 and given three points after he pleaded guilty to speeding on the A34 at the Botley interchange. He must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

SZILARD PARRAGH, 46, of Poynters Road, Luton, was found to have been speeding on Marston Road, Oxford, on March 19. He was fined £220, given three points and told to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

RENATO PASSARO, 35, of Weston Turville, Bucks, was fined £201 and given three points after he pleaded guilty to speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was caught driving at 55mph on the 40 limit road. The magistrates ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
