STUDENTS were left shocked when they spotted Hillary Clinton pottering around Oxford.
In September the former United States Secretary of State visited the leafy city to receive an honorary degree from Oxford University.
A video taken by surprised students showed the former first lady walking down Parks Road and has since gone viral on the video-sharing app, TikTok.
The voiceover, accompanying the clip, said: “Help. Why is Hillary Clinton just casually trotting around town with her CIA gang whilst we’re en route to our lecture?”

The politician can be seen strolling down the tree-lined street, surrounded by CIA bodyguards, as well as a handful of students on their way to lectures.
The footage has since been seen more than 600,000 times and received 33.4k likes.
Secretary Clinton was one of six people who received honorary degrees from the university at the annual Encaenia ceremony.

She was awarded the Doctor of Civil in recognition for her five decades in public service as an advocate, activist, and volunteer as well as her role as first lady of the United States and Presidential candidate.
