A man was handed a community order by an Oxford court for going into a bicycle storage rack.

In October 2018, Peter James Williams was banned for five years from entering any bicycle storage area or loitering near any cycle rack anywhere within England and Wales as part of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

However, in September 1 of last year Williams was caught in the bicycle storage rack at Oxford train station.

The 59-year old, of Ramblers Lane in Slough, appeared in Oxford Magistrates Court in August and admitting breaching condition 5 of the CBO imposed on him.

A community order was made by the court and Williams was ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for 15 days.
