STAGECOACH is celebrating four of its longest-serving Oxfordshire staff.

Amongst those receiving awards is bus driver Brian Havard who is celebrating 30 years working at the company.

Brian has driven the 3 services from Rosehill to Oxford throughout his three decades with the company – he is now a key member of the community and said he has ‘grown up with his passengers’.

Steve Escott has also been awarded 30 years of service at Stagecoach.

He joined the company in 1991 and found himself in training school within 48 hours of submitting his application.

He has worked on several different routes across the county, primarily within Oxford city and Banbury.

Andrew Johnson, who works as a controller for the Oxford Tube service, is also celebrating three decades with the bus operator.

During his time with the company Andrew has completed a charity bungee jump and numerous half marathons.

Richard Pimm is also celebrating 30 years of service at the Oxford Tube – Richard was recently applauded by the local community after rescuing a Labrador off the M40 after it escaped from its owner’s garden.

Richard looked after the dog all day, taking it between London and Oxford until it was reunited with its owner.
