Delays on M40 following crash
TRAFFIC is now clear on the M40 following an earlier accident.
The crash involved two vans on the motorway southbound at Junction 9, Bicester.

There was congestion to Junction 10 Cherwell Valley Services but all lanes have been re-opened and traffic has now returned to normal.
Both vans were moved onto the hard shoulder.
