Thames Valley Police have launched an investigation after a man was stabbed in Oxford.
Here is everything we know so far:
- A man, who is in his 30s, was stabbed at around 9.50pm last night
- The attack happened in Blackbird Leys Park, off Pegasus Road
- It is understood that he then walked walked through Gillians Park after the incident
- On Wednesday evening Thames Valley Police arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of GBH. He has now been released under investigation.
- Police say the offenders are described as a group of black men who were all wearing face coverings at the time
- The victim is now recovering in hospital
- Investigators say it is not a 'random' attack and extra officers will be patrolling the streets today
