ELLA PECKO, 31, of no fixed address, admitted breaching the requirements of her post-prison sentence supervision by failing to attend appointments with the probation service in April and June. She was fined £50 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

DAVID WYNTER, 58, of Goldthorn Hill, Wolverhampton, was found guilty in his absence of stealing £400-worth of coats from the Oxford John Lewis on December 8 last year. He was ordered to pay £400 compensation and £200 in costs.

ANDREW BROWN, 55, of Henry Taunt Close, Headington, was jailed for 12 weeks after he admitted stealing meat from an Oxford Sainsbury’s and breaching an earlier suspended sentence imposed for shoplifting.

KAMLESH PATEL, 60, of Hamble Drive, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes on Norman Avenue on December 3 last year. He was fined £841, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £334 in costs and surcharge.

CHARLES OAKEY, 19, of Hobby Close, Oxford, was sentenced to 16 weeks’ youth detention suspended for two years. He pleaded guilty to stalking a woman between April and September and possession of a zombie knife. He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and up to 41 rehabilitation days. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim – a woman – or going to Silver Road, Oxford, for three years. He must pay £213 in costs and surcharge.

FILIMON TESFALEM, 24, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, was found guilty of harassing a woman by repeatedly telephoning her, messaging her and going to her home. He twice breached his bail by failing to turn up at court. The magistrates jailed him for 12 weeks, saying Tesfalem had a ‘flagrant disregard for people and their property’. He must pay £200 compensation and abide by a three year restraining order.

PETER GIBSON, 38, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman in Abingdon by touching her in January. He admitted four counts of assaulting a woman by beating. He was sentenced to 26 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years, must do 100 hours of unpaid work and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days, and pay £300 compensation. He will be on the sex offender register for seven years.

KIERAN LAW, 22, of Heron Drive, Bicester, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable and drunk and disorderly behaviour in Park End Street, Oxford. He was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order.

JIA TANG, 42, of Garth Court, Bicester, was fined £165 after she admitted doing 37mph in a 30mph limit on Watlington Road, Oxford. She was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

VICTOR TOFTS, 67, of Epwell, pleaded guilty to speeding on Aynho Road, Adderbury. He was fined £140, given six points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LUKE WOODWARD, 34, of Frederick Street, Waddesdon, was found to have been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was clocked doing 68mph on the road, which has a 40mph limit. He was fined £660, banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

ABDULLAH SHEHAB, 43, of Cromwell Way, Kidlington, admitted failing to take ‘all reasonable measures’ to ensure that the person to whom he gave household waste was authorised to handle the rubbish. He was fined £75 and must pay £200 costs and £113 in compensation to Cherwell District Council.

CONNOR COULTHARD-HOPE, 27, of Charley Basset, was fined £500 and banned from driving for 17 months after he admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis. He was ordered to pay £300 in costs and surcharge.

MARK EVANS, 51, of Long Ford Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police sergeant in Oxford on November 30 last year. He was given a 12 month community order with a drug rehabilitation programme, must pay £100 in compensation and was ordered to pay £195 in costs and surcharge.

NIVALDO VAZ-RODRIGUES, 33, of Grebe Road, Bicester, was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and banned from driving for 18 months after h pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

KWAKU ANTWI, 35, of Beaver Road, Ashford, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and failing to surrender to Banbury Magistrates’ Court – in 2018. He had been due at the court, which closed more than two years ago, on November 14, 2018, having been bailed by the police the previous month - but failed to show up. Appearing before Oxford magistrates this month, Antwi pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. He was fined £170, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £80 in costs and surcharge.

LEWIS MOILOA, 27, of Great Holm, Milton Keynes, pleaded guilty to assaulting three police constables in Bicester and another officer in Banbury. He was jailed for a year and must pay a £156 victim surcharge.

AHMED ANGELOV, 28, of Chipstead Road, Birmingham, admitted speeding on the M40 at Bicester. He was caught doing 90mph. He was fined £220, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

EMMA HALL, 43, of Snitterfield, Stratford-upon-Avon, was fined £523 and given four points after she pleaded guilty to speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She must pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

AUREND BEBJA, 22, of Kinsey Road, Smethwick, drove without insurance on the A34 near Wolvercote. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

KUTEN BUDAY, 32, of West Way, Oxford, was fined £127 and given five points after he was caught doing 74mph on the A4142 Eastern Bypass in March. The road has a 50mph speed limit. The magistrates ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ANSON CHRISTODOULATOS, 33, of Wassell Road, Halesowen, admitted driving at 108mph on the M40 near Great Milton – 38mph above the speed limit. He was fined £580, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £148 in costs and surcharge.

TIMOTHY CULLIMORE, 62, of Hinton Road, Longworth, pleaded guilty to driving on Marcham Road without insurance. He was fined £688, given six points and ordered to pay £157 in costs and surcharge.

DECLAN DALLIMORE, 30, of Fleet Way, Didcot, admitted driving without insurance in McDonalds car park, Didcot, and was fined £400, ordered to pay £130 in costs and surcharge and given six penalty points.

JOHN DRUMMOND, 43, of Shirburn Road, Watlington, was fined £300, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after he admitted driving in Bridge Street, Abingdon, without insurance.

ANTONIO FREITAS, 30, of Colne Close, Bicester, was found to have driven on the A40 without a licence. He was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ENCHO GEORGIEV, 29, of College Street, Wrexham, was fined £440, ordered to pay £134 and given five points for speeding on the M40 near Banbury. He was caught doing 94mph.
