A MAN has suffered serious leg injuries following a crash between two HGV lorries.

At about 3.10am on Monday, the HGV lorries were involved in a collision on the southbound carriageway of the A34 between Islip and Kidlington.

The driver of one of the lorries, a man in his fifties, suffered serious leg injuries and remains in hospital receiving treatment.

Investigating officer, PC Matt Watson, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident to please come forward.

“I’d also ask that any motorists who have dash cams and were travelling along this stretch of the A34 around the time of the incident to please check any footage in case it may have captured something that could assist the investigation.
