Three lorries have been involved in an accident on the A34 causing long tailbacks between Abingdon North and Oxford.
The accident happened on A34 Northbound from A4183 Oxford Road in Kennington to A423 southern bypass Road in Radley. There is congestion until the Milton Interchange.
Police have cordoned off the area and one lane has been closed due to the accident.
Travel time is expected to be 45 minutes and Southbound delays are being caused by onlookers.
Several vans with 'happy circus' written on them have been spotted in the tailbacks.
