Car seized in Banbury
A driver who gave false details after being stopped for speeding was wanted by the UK immigration service.
A police officer was unconvinced by details given by the driver who was stopped between junctions 10 to 11 on the M40 last night.
A mobile fingerprint check revealed the real details.
The driver was arrested and the vehicle seized.
