Cottsway Housing is asking its customers how they would like to get involved with the housing association and have their say on the services it provides.

Cottsway has over 5,100 homes and is the largest housing provider in West Oxfordshire.

The consultation includes questions on how well Cottsway performs, the quality of information they provide and asks customers their preferred way to give their views.

Vicki Paxford, Communities Manager, said: “We’re keen to hear from our customers on how they would like their voice to be heard. We already provide opportunities for customers to be involved in the work that goes on at Cottsway and to influence our services, but we’re keen to do more!

“We’ll be emailing customers with a link to the survey and will be out in the community and visiting homes to encourage people to share their views. The survey can be completed online – which is the quickest and simplest way to take part - or a paper copy will be available for those without internet access.”

This large-scale consultation is carried out every three years as part of the housing association's commitment to the ‘Tenant involvement and Empowerment Standard’ led by the Regulator of Social Housing.

As an incentive to take part and to say thank you, all participants can be entered into a free prize draw and could win one of five £50 gift cards.

The closing date is Friday November 5. To take part go to www.cottsway.co.uk/survey
