This is the £18,000 Rolex bought with drugs cash.
Dealer Ryan Williams, 25, was ordered to hand over the expensive Rolex Submariner watch under Proceeds of Crime Act rules – along with cash and almost £4,000 from the sale of a 61-plate car.
The Wednesbury man was jailed for two-and-a-half years at Oxford Crown Court last year for dealing heroin and cocaine.
The West Midlands man was this month ruled to have made almost £54,000 from dealing in illegal drugs.
Judge Michael Gledhill QC ordered he hand over to the authorities £29,344 in cash or assets.
“The available amount that is either in your possession – the ownership of a vehicle – or already in police possession, amounts to £29,344,” he told Williams.
“You have £3,850 to pay once the money that the police have in their possession has been handed over, as it were and I give you three months to pay that amount as the vehicle presumably has to be sold.”
Williams will have to serve up 12 months’ imprisonment in default if he fails to pay up.
