DAVID LOFT, 42, of Wilkins Court, Charlbury, was fined £220 and given three points for speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LEE LOVERIDGE, 41, of Plover Drive, Oxford, was fined £469, given six points and must pay £136 in costs and surcharge after he admitted driving without a licence, insurance, or a valid MOT.

MOHAMMED MIAH, 23, of Parkers Circus, Chipping Norton, was caught speeding on the A40 at Wheatley. He was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124.

KAI PATON, 23, of Broadmarsh Lane, Freeland, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was fined £523, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £142 in costs and surcharge.

SARAH PLASKETT, 30, of Mickle Way, Forest Hill, was fined £553, given six points and ordered to pay £145 in costs and surcharge after she pleaded guilty to speeding on the A40 London Road, Oxford.

TIFFANY SEYMOUR, 32, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, admitted failing to identify the driver of a vehicle suspected of having committed a traffic offence. She was fined £180, must pay £124 in costs and surcharge, and was given six points.

REBEKKA SPOONER, 42, of Ochre Close, Wheatley, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A40 London Road, Oxford. She was fined £431, was given six penalty points and must pay £133 in costs and surcharge.

HAILEY STOPPER, 35, of Aspen Square, Oxford, was fined £535 and given six penalty points after she admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. The magistrates ordered she pay £143 in costs and surcharge.

LYNEUS HUSSEY, 50, of Stratford Road, Wroxton, was found to have failed to identify a driver suspected of committing a traffic offence. She was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

GRAHAM PHELPS, 42, of Diamond Drive, Didcot, admitted speeding on Watlington Road, Oxford. He was fined £66, given three points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

STEPHEN POWER, 39, of Pittick Close, Long Hanborough, admitted speeding on Eynsham Road, Oxford. He was caught doing 36mph in the 30 zone. The magistrates fined him £66, imposed three points and ordered he pay a £34 victim surcharge.

CHARLIE PRESTON, of Coopers Lane, Abingdon, whose age was not recorded in the court register, admitted driving at 44mph on 30 zone Drayton Road, Abingdon. She was fined £185, given four points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SHAUN PRICE, 44, of High Street, Wheatley, was found to have been speeding on Cuddesdon Road, Horspath. He was recorded driving at 36mph in the 30 zone. The magistrates fined him £220, imposed three points and ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

JOHN STUART, 58, of Valentia Close, Bletchingdon, was fined £392, given six points and ordered to pay £129 in costs and surcharge after he pleaded guilty to driving at 70mph on the A41 at Bicester – a road with a 40mph limit. He admitted speeding.

ANNA MARIA THAIN, 60, of St Mary’s, Wantage, was found to have failed to identify the driver suspected of having committed a traffic offence. She was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

KERWIN TINTO, 39, of Reedmace Road, Bicester, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was fined £440, given six points and ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

HARRISON TODD, 19, of Sixpenny Lane, Chalgrove, was fined £184, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after he admitted speeding. He was caught driving at 50mph in the 30 zone on Wantage Road, Didcot.

NORBERT TRENCSENYI, 36, of Marlborough Road, Oxford, was fined £660 for speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was caught driving at 75mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates imposed six penalty points on his licence and ordered he pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

BASH UMAR, 49, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, was fined £440 and given four points after he was found to have been speeding on Watlington Road, Oxford. He was ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

REBECCA WOODWARD, 43, of Burford Road, Witney, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was clocked doing 68mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates fined her £369, imposed six penalty points and ordered she pay £126 in costs and surcharge.

CALLUM WYNNE, 34, of Overstrand Close, Bicester, was fined £66 and given three points for speeding on the B4011 at Oakley. He was caught driving at 39mph in the 30 zone. The magistrates ordered he pay a £34 victim surcharge.

STEPHANIE BLAKE, 44, of Wroslyn Road, Freeland, pleaded guilty to stealing a ‘solar powered pink blossom tree’ in Long Hanborough and driving a VW Golf while disqualified and without insurance. She was fined £200, banned from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay £84 in costs and surcharge.

THOMAS WEST, 30, of Sydenham Road, Sydenham, was jailed for 24 weeks for driving a VW Golf in Shirburn Road whilst banned from the roads. That put him in breach of an earlier suspended sentence for disqualified driving.

ROBERT WHITE, 39, of Amberley Grove, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation and theft. He stole bags and their contents in Bicester then used stolen bank cards to try and buy tobacco and groceries. He was given a 12 month community order with 120 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £170 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW BURNS-MACKIE, 28, of Palmer Avenue, Lower Arncott, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was caught doing 47mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates fined him £133, imposed three penalty points and ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GERALDINE COLLINS, 53, of Pilmore Meadow, Chinnor, was fined £100, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after she admitted speeding on Thame Road, Emmington. She was caught doing 36mph on the road, which has a 30mph limit.

COMARDICEA CRISTINA, 47, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, was fined £220 and given three penalty points after the magistrates found she was speeding on Watlington Road, Oxford. Her speed on the 30mph limit road was recorded at 35mph. She must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

CHIAGA EUGEN, 32, of Rose Hill, Oxford, was found to have been speeding on the A40 North Way, Oxford. His vehicle was clocked doing 37mph in the 30 zone. He was fined £220, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
