The A4142 Eastern By-Pass Road Northbound is partially blocked.
There is currently very slow traffic due to police incident at Horspath Driftway.
This has lead to delays in the Temple Cowley area.
Update 17:57: Police have started to release traffic following the earlier incident, traffic should begin to ease.
