RICHARD STEELE, 51, of Williamson Way, Oxford, was fined £115, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge after he admitted driving a Ford Focus on Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, in January while over the drug driving limit for cocaine and derivative benzoylecgonine

PETER WILLIAMS, 59, of Ramblers Lane, Slough, admitted stealing a bicycle from Oxford railway station on September 1 last year and breaching a criminal behaviour order banning him from loitering near any cycle rack anywhere in England and Wales. He was given a 12 month community order with up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and £237.60 in compensation.

DARIUS CREER, 44, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, was fined £250 and banned for three months after he admitted driving a Range Rover on the Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, while disqualified from driving. He also admitted failing to attend court. Creer was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JOANNE MCCLEMENTS, 44, of Luther Street, Oxford, was fined £25 for breaching post-sentence supervision by failing to attend probation service appointments in June.

LEE WARD, 37, of HMP Bullingdon, Bicester, was jailed for five months after he admitted having a ‘pointed metal article’ in Sainsbury’s, Oxford, on August 16. He also pleaded guilty to possession of half a gramme of cocaine. He was fined £40.

HAYLEY COX, 39, of Burchester Avenue, Oxford, admitted breaching a community order by not attending unpaid work appointments in May and June. She was given a new order for the original offences – shoplifting – with the magistrates imposing a three month curfew and 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must pay £60 costs to the probation service.

LUCY TRAFFORD, 30, of Brasenose Drive, Kidlington, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend supervision appointments with the probation service. She was fined £40.

MICHAEL BROCK, 38, of Luther Street, Oxford, was fined £40 and told to pay £30 costs for failing to attend probation appointments sin June and July.

WADZANAI JAURE, 39, of West Street, Banbury, had his community order imposed last September for driving while disqualified revoked after he admitted failing to attend unpaid work. The community order was replaced with a suspended sentence of eight weeks’ imprisonment suspended for seven months.

DANIEL APRODU, 43, of Middleton Road, Banbury, was fined £880 for driving without insurance or a licence in February. The charges against him were found proved. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

JAMES BENTLEY, 26, of Osprey Close, Bicester, admitted driving a BMW 116 at 66mph on the A41 in Bicester in January. The speed limit is 40mph. He was fined £287, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ROBERT BUSBY, 54, of Adstock, Bucks, was fined £300 after he admitted doing 72mph on the A41 at Bicester – a 40mph limit road. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

GAVIN BUSTIN, 41, of Cornwallis Road, Cowley, was found to have failed to identify the driver of a BMW suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156.

ROBERT COLLIVER, 47, of Wilkinson Place, Witney, was fined £440 for speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was clocked at 58mph. The magistrates found the case proved, imposed four points and ordered he pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

PAUL HUGGINS, 37, of Okingham Close, Owlsmoor, admitted speeding on the M40 at Ardley, Oxfordshire. He was caught driving a personalised numberplate Audi TT at 96mph. He was fined £350, given four points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

TIBERIU IONAS, 25, of Crown Street, Oxford, was found to have driven on the Eastern Bypass without insurance or a seatbelt. He was fined £880, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

ROBERT JEACOCK, 52, of Woodpiece Road, Upper Arncott, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was fined £40, given three points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SHAZAD MAHMOOD, 41, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, was fined £236 and given six penalty points after he pleaded guilty to doing 77mph on the A41 at Bicester. He was ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ABIGAIL RIX, 38, of Woodstock Road East, Begbroke, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was caught doing 72mph. The magistrates fined her £200, imposed six points and ordered she pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

TERESA SHANAHAN, 32, of Territorial Way, Oxford, was fined £80 for speeding on the A34 at Botley. She was clocked doing 67mph in the 50 zone. Her licence was endorsed with four penalty points and she must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

ATIYA TOWNSEND, 64, of Ashdale Avenue, Witney, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was caught driving at 69mph on the 40mph limit road. The magistrates fined her £250, imposed six points and ordered she pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

PHILIP WARD, 42, of Meadow Way, Didcot, was fined £58, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge for speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was caught driving at 66mph.

JOHN KIELY, 25, of Mace Street, Tower Hamlets, was found to have been speeding on Manor Road, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, on January 7. He was caught doing 47mph on the road, which has a 30mph limit. He was fined £440, his licence endorsed with four penalty points and he was ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

NIKKI TULL, 43, of School Yard, Stadhampton, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A40 North Way, Oxford. She was fined £80, given four penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LEAH WILLIAMS, 21, of Beaulieu Close, Banbury, was found to have been speeding on Aynho Road, Adderbury. She was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124.

MICHAEL WITCOMBE, 57, of Moley Gardens, Wantage, was fined £40, given three points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
