A man was left with black eyes and a cut to his head after he was attacked outside Didcot railway station.
Thames Valley Police said the victim, 30s, was attacked by two men outside the station at around 11pm on Saturday, August 28.
PC Samantha Smith, said: “This was an unprovoked assault and I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed what happened to please get in touch.
“Anyone with information can contact police by calling 101 or making a report online, quoting reference 43210387470."
The suspects are said to be white men, each around 6ft tall.
The victim received two black eyes, a bruised cheek and a cut to his head that required hospital treatment. He has since been discharged.
