SIMON GRANITO, 46, of Rye Gardens, Sutton Courteney, admitted damaging a vehicle tyre , harassing a woman by verbally abusing her, resisting a PC and failing to answer bail. He was given a 12 month community order with a mental health treatment requirement.

MACIEJ KRYSIAK, 40, of Thorney Leys, Witney, was found guilty of outraging public decency. He had exposed his privates and was performing a sex act upon himself in front of children in the ladies’ toilet in Como Lounge, Witney, on September 14, 2019. He was fined £200 and given a community order with 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. The magistrates ordered he pay £750 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

PAUL BUCKLEY, 61, of Newland Place, Banbury, was found guilty of assaulting a man in Banbury last November. He was fined £150 and made subject to a six month restraining order banning him from contacting his victim or passing the shop front of a Banbury computer repairs shop. He must pay £334 in costs and surcharge.

MIDLANDS TANKERS LTD, of Erdington, Birmingham, was fined £700 and ordered to pay costs of £5,325.50 after the company admitted attaching a pipe to a Thames Water main without permission at the Sycamore Housing Development in Thame on June 11, 2020. The company was ordered to pay a £70 victim surcharge.

ANDREW OSHODI, 31, of Windsor Road, Harrow, was found guilty in his absence of driving a BMW 330 on the A41 near Bicester while over the cannabis drug drive limit. He was fined £400, banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £2,000 in costs.

THOMAS PURCHASE, 20, of Moor Avenue, Witney, admitted doing £588-worth of damage to the window of Pheasant Retreats in Witney on September 19, 2020, and damaging another window on the same day. He was given an absolute discharge and ordered to pay £684 compensation.

LESZEK BENISLAWSKI, 36, of Botley Road, Oxford, was fined £100 after he admitted breaching a closure order by going to a property in Sandy Lane, Oxford, in March. He must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

DAVID SEAGER, 47, of Fallowfield, Witney, pleaded guilty to three counts of making off without paying for petrol in Lechlade, seven counts of shoplifting from stores in Woodstock, Buckland, Abingdon, Lechlade and Carterton, and driving a Volvo on the A40 whilst unfit through drugs. Among the products he stole were three bottles of Louis Vertay Brut champagne, taken from the BP garage on the A420 at Buckland. The magistrates ordered he pay more than £700 in compensation, fined him £100 and banned him from driving for three years.

ROBERT BENNETT, 43, of Millington Road, Wallingford, was found guilty in his absence of going into a property in Blissett Close, Harwell, in January in breach of a closure order. He admitted possession of cannabis. The magistrates fined him £260 and ordered he pay £234 in costs and surcharge. The cannabis was forfeit.

VICTORIA STROUD, 29, of Eaton Bray, Dunstable, admitted a racially-aggravated assault committed in Oxford last August. She was given a 12 month community order with 50 hours of unpaid work. The magistrates ordered she pay £225 in compensation to her victim and £195 in costs and surcharge.

MICHAEL MCDONAGH, 21, of Uplands Road, Romford, was fined £190 after he was found guilty in his absence of drink driving a Ford Focus on Cherwell Drive, Oxford, on May 21. He was found to have 41mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath – slightly above the legal limit of 35. McDonagh admitted failing to answer his bail. He was ordered to pay £234 in costs and surcharge and banned from driving for a year.

PABLO SANTOS, 33, of Outram Road, Oxford, was fined £300 for sending a threatening email in Swindon on September 20 last year. He admitted an offence under the Malicious Communications Act and was ordered to pay £100 compensation and £119 in costs and surcharge.

JORDAN SPICER, 28, of Flatford Place, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to driving a silver Range Rover on Oxford Road, Kidlington, in June while banned from holding a licence and when he did not have insurance. He was given a 12 month community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and 32 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £145 in costs and surcharge and was banned from driving for six months.

REBECCA TREMLETT, 24, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, must pay £300 compensation and was fined £50 after she admitted stealing a handbag in Oxford in May and failed to surrender to the court in July.

STEVE BOULTON, 52, of Manor Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A40 and A41. He was fined £300, banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL HARRIS, 29, of The Crescent, Steeple Aston, admitted doing 72mph on the A41 near Bicester, a road with a 40mph limit. He was fined £440, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

IONUT MACAVEIU, 32, of Margaret Road, Oxford, admitted speeding on the A41 in Bicester. He was caught doing 83mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates fined him £420, imposed six points and ordered he pay £127.

JAMIE GRANITO, of Van Diemans, Stanford in the Vale, was jailed for 42 days for failing to pay child support and costs of £12,578.

WILLIAM PHILLIPS, 32, of Woodcote Road, Bicester, was found guilty in his absence of failing to have a valid ticket when travelling between Kings Sutton and Banbury railway stations in February. He was fined £220, ordered to pay £3 compensation and £134 in costs and surcharge.

JEZ THOMPSON, 31, of Butchers Row, Banbury, was fined £220 and told to pay £5.70 in compensation after he was found guilty in his absence of travelling on a train between Bicester North and Banbury railway stations without a valid ticket. He must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

AARON JOHNSON, 32, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, was given an eight week curfew after he admitted a charge of restraining behaviour. The magistrates imposed a two year restraining order banning him from going to floor seven of Foresters Tower except when using the lifts or stairs. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

MARCIN NAJMANOWECZ, 28, of Marlborough Place, Banbury, admitted driving a Transit in Witney while banned from driving, driving without insurance and failing to answer bail. He was sentenced to nine weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year, banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £213 in costs and surcharge.
