OWEN NOOYIWA, 26, of HIllsale Piece, Oxford, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge after he was found to have breached coronavirus rules by attending a gathering at a property in Kidlington on February 5.

ANDREW PAXTON, 37, of Park End, Bodicote, was found to have taken place in a gathering in Banbury in breach of coronavirus regulations on February 8. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

ERIC PAXTON, 31, of Park End, Bodicote, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge for attending the same coronavirus rule-flouting gathering in Banbury in February.

MATTHEW SHERRY, 38, of Jasmine Walk, Banbury, was found to have breached the coronavirus regulations by being out of his house without a reasonable excuse. He was fined £1,760 and must pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

CIPRIAN STANCIU, 24, of Manor Road, Banbury, was fined £1,760 and told to pay £266 in costs and surcharge after he was found to have attended a gathering at his home address in breach of the coronavirus rules.

ADAM MORRISON, 32, of no fixed address, was found guilty of failing to comply with a section 35 order requiring him to leave Oxford city centre on September 4 last year. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

JAMES ROBSON, 25, of Queen Street, Henley-on-Thames, admitted racially-aggravated threatening behaviour. He was given a 12 month community order with 50 hours of unpaid work and must pay £200 compensation, £520 in costs and a £95 victim surcharge.

ZYWAI NYAHODA, 32, of Kimmeridge Road, Oxford, was jailed for 16 weeks for attempting to steal alcohol from Tesco, stealing alcohol from the supermarket and taking five bottles of champagne from Sainsbury’s.

MOHAMMAD AJMAL, 31, of Longford Close, Oxford, was found to have failed to provide information relating to the driver of a Mercedes suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

ARTHUR ASSUNCAO, 29, of Orchard Way, Bicester, was fined £660 and given eight penalty points after the magistrates found he drove in Launton Road, Bicester, without insurance. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

BRADLEY BATEMAN, 28, of Sandown Road, Bicester, was found to have been speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He was fined £440, given four points and must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

ALEX BRIGGS, 28, of Ravencroft, Bicester, admitted doing 68mph on the A41 near Bicester – a 40mph limit road – on January 13. He was fined £500, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £140 in costs and surcharge.

MICAH HOBSON, 51, of Blenheim Drive, Launton, was fined £500 for speeding on the A41 near Bicester in January. He admitted doing 62mph in the 40 zone. His licence was endorsed with five penalty points and he must pay £140 in costs and surcharge.

ABAID HUSSAIN, 40, of Hurst Street, Oxford, admitted doing 60mph on the A41 near Bicester. He was fined £80, given five points and told to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

WAYNE JOHN, 54, of Mayfield Avenue, Grove, was found to have failed to give police information about the driver of a Range Rover accused of speeding on the A40. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

KANE KUHNE, 21, of Jerome Way, Shipton on Cherwell, admitted driving on London Road, Oxford, without a licence. He was fined £100, given three points and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

LOUISE MARGETTS, 45, of Lee Close, Kidlington, was fined £660 and given six penalty points after she was found to have failed to give police information relating to the driver of a Peugeot suspected of speeding on the A41. She must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

DAVID MCCARTHY, 59, of Main Road, East Hagbourne, was found to have failed to give police information relating to the driver of a Mini suspected of speeding in Didcot. He was fined £660, his licence was endorsed with six penalty points and he was ordered to pay £151 in costs and surcharge.

JUAN MOTSI, 20, of Evenlode, Banbury, was fined £357, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £120 in costs and surcharge after he pleaded guilty to driving in Kidlington without insurance.

MIRCEA ONA, 39, of Gibson Close, Abingdon, admitted speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He was fined £92, ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge and his licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JONATHAN PARKE, 37, of Church Lane, Horton cum Stanley, admitted driving at 72mph in the 40 zone on the A41 near Bicester. The magistrates fined him £666, imposed six penalty points and ordered he pay £151 in costs and surcharge.

SEAN PARRY, 57, of Colne Close, Bicester, was found to have been speeding on the A41 at Bicester. His car was caught doing 77mph in the 40 zone. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £151 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREI RADU, 26, of Barcombe Close, Banbury, was found to have driven without insurance or a licence on Bloxham Road, Banbury, in April. He was fined £880, given six points and ordered to pay £172 in costs and surcharge.

NICOLAE STEFAN, 43, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, was fined £440 after the magistrates found him guilty of driving on a bald front offside tyre in Banbury. He must pay £129 in costs and surcharge and his licence will be endorsed with three penalty points.

ARRON WARD, 34, of Craven Way, Didcot, admitted speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He was fined £260, given four penalty points and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

LAURA EMMERSON, 32, of Penlon Place, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding on the A34 at Wytham. She was fined £40, given three penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ROLAND NUZI, 26, of Brampton Road, Oxford, was found to have failed to give police evidence relating to the driver of a Vauxhall suspected of speeding on the A41. He was fined £660, given six points and must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

VICTORIA HOWARD, 31, of Nine Acres Close, Charlbury, was fined £660, banned from driving for six months due to reoffending and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge after she was found to have driven on Enstone Road, Charlbury, without valid insurance.

SHANE NORTHCOTT, 31, of Kennet Close, Grove, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by getting another to send Facebook messages to a woman on his behalf. He was given a community order with 220 hours of unpaid work and up to 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge
