CHLOE BLACKWELL, 23, of Franklyn Close, Abingdon, admitted speeding on the A40. She was fined £66, given three points and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

JAIMS BURNS, 30, of St Martins Street, Wallingford, admitted speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He was caught doing 67mph on the 40mph limit road. The magistrates fined him £138, imposed three points and ordered he pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ARMINDA COUNTER, 51, of Colwell Drive, Witney, was fined £66 and given three points after she pleaded guilty to speeding on the A34 at Wytham. She must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

THOMAS DICKSON, 33, of John Morris Road, Abingdon, admitted speeding on the A34, doing 61mph in the 50 zone. He must pay £66 in fines, a £34 victim surcharge and was given three penalty points.

JOANNE MADDEN, 49, of St Leonards Square, Wallingford, was found to have been speeding on the A329 in Little Milton. She was given three penalty points, fined £220 and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ALESSIO MARTUCCI, 26, of Montagu Road, Botley, was fined £660 and given six points after magistrates found he failed to identify the driver of a car suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

SULTAN MIAH, 28, of Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford, admitted speeding on Eynsham Road, Oxford. He was fined £400, given five points and must pay £130 in costs and surcharge.

JAKOBE NICOSIA, 21, of Heron Drive, Bicester, was fined £880 and given 11 penalty points after he was found guilty of three speeding allegations. He must pay £358 in costs and surcharge.

MIHAI NISTOR, 37, of Old Place Yard, Bicester, admitted speeding on the A41. He was caught doing 68mph on the 40mph limit road. He was fined £400, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £130 in costs and surcharge.

GRZEGORZ SAWICKI, 29, of The Styles, Harwell, was found to have driven without insurance. He was banned from driving for six months, fined £660 and must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

DAVID COTTRELL, 51, of Lyford, near Wantage, was found guilty in his absence of failing to provide a specimen of breath at Abingdon police station. He was fined £1,100, banned from driving for 17 months and must pay £710 in costs and surcharge.

NAADAR HUSSAIN, 42, of Ferndale Road, Banbury, was fined £120 after he pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Mondeo in Chipping Norton. He was banned from the roads for a year and must pay £284 in costs and surcharge.

CHANELLE HENDRY, 20, of George Street, Banbury, admitted causing actual bodily harm. The magistrates imposed a 12 month community order with 16 rehabilitation activity requirement days and ordered she pay £250 compensation and £40 costs.

MADELEINE PURCELL-LACEY, 25, of Atwell Close, Wallingford, admitted speeding on the B480 at Chiselhampton. She was fined £80, given five penalty points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

TREVOR STEVENS, 71, of Kemps Road, Twyford, was fined £660 after the magistrates found he failed to give the police information about who was driving a Vauxhall Insignia caught speeding in Broughton. He was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

RYAN TAYLOR, 40, of Scampton Close, Bicester, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was fined £161, given three points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

PAUL TILBURY, 56, of High Street, Chalgrove, was fined £220 and given three points after magistrates found an allegation of speeding proved. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

COSTEL-BOGDAN TOPALA, 36, of Sinclair Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to speeding on Stratford Road, Buckingham. He was fined £200, given three points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

DAVID TREE, 51, of Lisa Head Avenue, Didcot, was fined £276 after he admitted speeding on Wantage Road, Didcot. He was given three penalty points and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

BIANCA ANGHEL, 22, of Lord Grandison Way, Banbury, admitted breaching coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering in Banbury on February 13. She was fined £320 and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

DIMITRU-STEFAN BRISCARU, 28, of West Street, Banbury, admitted taking part in a gathering in Banbury in breach of coronavirus rules. He was fined £800 and must pay £170 in costs and surcharge.

TAYLOR COOPER, 20, of Hyde Meadow View, Witney, was fined £912 and must pay £181 in costs and surcharge after he pleaded guilty to breaching the coronavirus regulations by being out of the house without a reasonable excuse.

IONUT COZMA, 24, of West Street, Banbury, pleaded guilty to breaking the coronavirus regulations by taking part in a gathering in Banbury in February. He was fined £800 and ordered to pay £170 in costs and surcharge.

GAVIN FIELD, 31, of Gillett Road, Banbury, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge for breaking the coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people at his home on February 8.

LIAM HYATT, 23, of Reliance Way, Long Hanborough, was found to have broken the coronavirus rules. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

FLORINE LENNARTZ, 21, of John Garne Way, Oxford, was fined £880 and ordered to pay £178 in costs and surcharge after she was found to have left her residence in breach of coronavirus rules.

LAURA MOSS, 39, of Gillett Road, Banbury, was found to have broken the Covid-19 regulations by taking part in a gathering in Oxford.She was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.
