AQIL MEHRBAN, 28, of Saunders Road, Oxford, was fined £161, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge for speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He admitted driving at 69mph in the 40 zone.

RYAN MITCHELL, 43, of Cholesbury Grange, Headington, was found to have failed to give police information about the driver of a Peugeot suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was fined £660, given six points and told to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

LEO NEWELL, 29, of The Green, Chesterton, admitted speeding on the A41. He was caught driving at 66mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates fined him £546, imposed six penalty points on his licence and ordered he pay £146 in costs and surcharge.

JONATHAN NORTH, 48, of White Horse Crescent, Grove, was fined £269 and given three points for speeding on the A41 at Bicester. He was caught driving at 49mph. North must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

CHARLOTTE PIETON, 28, of Burns Crescent, Bicester, admitted speeding on the A41 at Bicester. She was caught at 70mph – 30mph over the speed limit. The magistrates fined her £316, imposed six penalty points and ordered she pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

JODY RODGERS, 41, of Bath Street, Oxford, admitted speeding on Thame Road, Little Milton. He was caught doing 35mph in the 30 zone. The JPs imposed a £107 fine, three penalty points and £124 in costs and surcharge.

SCOTT SOUTHEY, 32, of Mallard Drive, Didcot, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge after an allegation against him of speeding on the A34 was found proved. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CALVIN STONE, 48, of Copse Lane, Oxford, admitted speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He was clocked at 68mph in the 40 zone. He was fined £120, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SIMON TRUBY, 49, of Bucknell Road, Bicester, admitted speeding on Bucknell Road, Bicester. He was fined £330, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SARAH WILLIAMS, 54, of Reading Road, West Hendred, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A329 Thame Road. She was fined £40, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge. Her speed was 35mph in a 30 limit.

LJUBO ZAJA, 60, of Oxford Road, Garsington, was fined £573 and given six penalty points for speeding on the A41 in Bicester. He admitted driving at 67mph in the 40 zone. The magistrates ordered he pay £147 in costs and surcharge.

FRANK HARRIS, 49, of The Oval, Bicester, was fined £400 after he was found guilty of sending grossly offensive emails to two police officers. He must pay £400 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

MICHAEL CLISSOLD, 24, of Christmas Common, Watlington, was found to have breached coronavirus regulations by being out of the house without a reasonable excuse in January. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £210 in costs and surcharge.

RAMON CONSTANTIN, 35, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £210 in costs and surcharge for taking part in a gathering at a property in Lidsey Road, Banbury, in breach of coronavirus rules.

MUSTAFA KHAN, 18, of Lenthall Road, Oxford, was found to have broken coronavirus regulations by being out of his house without an excuse in January. He was fined £1,760 and must pay £210 in costs and surcharge.

JAMIE MCGOWAN, 30, of Willow Brook, Abingdon, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £210 in costs and surcharge for breaching coronavirus rules by being out of the house without a reasonable excuse.

THOMAS WEST, 30, of Sydenham Road, Sydenham, admitted driving a VW Golf in Watlington while banned from driving, without insurance and in breach of a suspended sentence for driving an Audi while disqualified from the roads. He was jailed for 24 weeks, banned from driving for another 18 months and ordered to pay £213 in costs and surcharge.

LUKE SHIRLEY, 20, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted possession of cannabis and racially aggravated threatening behaviour. He was jailed for six weeks and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

STEPHEN DAWSON, 19, of Newlands Avenue, Didcot, admitted failing to attend appointments with the probation service. He was given a one month curfew.

JAMIE FAIRHURST, 23, of Howe Close, Wheatley, admitted drug driving a VW Golf on Station Road, Wheatley. He was over the limit for cannabis. Magistrates fined him £436, banned him from three years and ordered to pay £775 in costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

FABIAN WILLIAMS, 37, of Becket Street, Oxford, was sentenced to eight weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months after he admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Astra on Cowley Road, Oxford, on June 4. He also pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a constable. The magistrates ordered he comply with an alcohol treatment programme, do 100 hours of unpaid work and pay £213 in costs and surcharge. He was banned from driving for three years.

MICHELLE CORDELL, 39, of Warwick Road, Banbury, was given a 12 month community order for aggravated vehicle taking, driving without a licence or insurance, and failing to stop after an accidence. She took a Mini One without consent on November 1 last year and was involved in a crash on Warwick Road. She must do 15 rehabilitation days, was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

ALASANA JAMMEH, 52, of HMP Bristol, was jailed for 10 weeks after he admitted stealing £2,840-worth of bags and key rings from Gucci at Bicester shopping village and failing to surrender to bail. He must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

JOSHUA QUINN, 25, of Pinnocks Way, Botley, admitted causing a man actual bodily harm, assaulting a woman and possession of cannabis. He was given a 16 week prison sentence suspended for two years and ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and 30 rehabilitation days. The court ordered he pay £1,050 in compensation and £213 in costs and surcharge.

DOMENICO COUERTITO, 43, of Russett Avenue, Carterton, was found to have driven without insurance. He was fined £660, given six points and must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

OLIVER WEBB, 36, of Wilcher Close, East Hagbourne, was fined £660 and given six penalty points after he was found to have driven on Queensway, Didcot, without insurance. He must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

DANIELA NEAG, 45, of Holt Weer Close, Oxford, admitted speeding on Bayswater Road, Oxford. She was caught doing 50mph on the 30mph limit road. She was fined £276, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LUKASZ PIECZYRAK, 26, of Cheviot Way, Banbury, was fined £266 and given six points after he pleaded guilty to speeding on Concord Avenue, Banbury, last December. He must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
