DAYNE SMITH, 29, of Reedmace Close, Oxford, was found to have been driving on Peartree Roundabout without insurance or a licence. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

RICHARD STEELE, 51, of Williamson Way, Oxford, was fined £220 for driving in Meadow Lane with an expired driving licence and without a valid MOT. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

RUTH WARUI, 36, of Trenchard Avenue, Milton, was found to have driven without insurance on London Road, Oxford. She was fined £193, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

JARED WITHERS, 33, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, was fined £660 and given six points for driving without insurance. Magistrates ordered he pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

REBECCA GLAZIER, 45, of Chestnut Close, Brize Norton, admitted speeding in Oxford last December. She was caught doing 37mph in a 30 zone. She was fined £66, given three points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

JOSEPH HOLDEN, 27, of Arncott, was jailed for four months for driving a Peugeot Partner van in Banbury in March when he was disqualified from driving. He was banned from the roads for 20 months and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.

JOESH WALTERS, 27, of Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, admitted stealing an Xbox, wireless headphones and £40 cash from a ‘vulnerable adult’ in Bicester. He was sentenced to 24 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months and ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work, with magistrates noting the theft represented a ‘betrayal of trust and friendship of a vulnerable adult’. He must pay £1,000 compensation.

SAJU MIAH, 37, of Milton Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour. He must pay £50 compensation.

LESZEK BENISLAWSKI, 36, of Botley Road, Oxford, was jailed for 12 weeks for stealing almost £120-worth of alcohol from Waitrose in Headington. It put him in breach of a suspended sentence imposed last May for shoplifting. Benislawski asked for seven offences to be taken into consideration. He was ordered to pay £213 in costs and surcharge.

JOSHUA VINCENT, 32, of Stanton Harcourt, admitted drug driving on the A415. He was fined £300, banned from driving for two years and ordered to pay £1,030 in costs and surcharge.

CONOR GREGORY, 23, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, was given a two year community order after he pleaded guilty to attacking a woman in Bicester and damaging a fridge. He must complete the building better relationships course and pay £100 compensation.

SIMON WREN, 40, of Bartholomew Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to threatening another man with a metal autolock tool – charged as an offensive weapon – in Watlington Road last November. He was sentenced to four months’ imprisonment suspended for two years, with 180 hours of unpaid work and 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £300 compensation and £213 in costs and surcharge.

SALMA AMJAD, 24, of Addison Crescent, Oxford, admitted speeding in Eynsham Road. She was fined £100, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

RAKHSANA BI, 36, of Cross Street, Oxford, admitted speeding on Church Cowley Road. She was fined £107, given five points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

JAMIE BUSBY, 25, of St Edburgs Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving without wearing his seatbelt. He was fined £240 and must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL CARTER, 28, of Celsea Place, Cholsey, was found to have been speeding on the Watlington Road, Oxford. He was fined £440, given six penalty points and must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

PATRICK CRONIN, 54, of Elm Tree Close, Oxford, was fined £220 and given three points after an allegation of speeding in Sandford on Thames was found proved. He must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

SARAH DICKINSON, 46, of Norris Close, Abingdon, was fined £660 and given six points after magistrates found she had failed to give police information relating to the driver of a VW Up accused of having committed a traffic offence. She must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

MARKO DUVNJAK, 36, of Harefields, Oxford, admitted speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He was fined £120, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

RACHEL FRANKLIN, 49, of Gozzards Ford, pleaded guilty to speeding on the A41 near Bicester. She must pay a £607 fine and £150 in costs and surcharge. Her licence will be marked with six penalty points.

CHENN FREDERICK, 22, of London Road, Bicester, was fined £440 and given six points after the magistrates found that he’d been speeding on the A41 near Bicester. He must pay £134 in costs and surcharge.

BESLEAGA LAURENTIU, 20, of Crouch Street, Banbury, was found to have driven without insurance. He was fined £660, given six points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

MAREK MUSIALKIEWICZ, 43, of Rowan Grove, Oxford, admitted failing to give police information identifying the driver of a car suspected of speeding in Chiselhampton. He was fined £346, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ROBERT NUNLEY, 35, of Chalgrove, was fined £146 and given three penalty points after he pleaded guilty to speeding on the B480 at Chiselhampton. He must pay £122 in costs and surcharge.

CHARLES BIGGS, 36, of Salford, near Chipping Norton, was given a six month conditional discharge after he admitted driving with an expired licence and no insurance in Swinbrook. He believed he was insured and had been misled by his partner, the court record states. He was ordered to pay £107 in costs and surcharge.

OMAR ALI, 22, of Saunders Road, Oxford, was fined £200 and given six points for driving in Bartlemas Road, Oxford, without insurance and providing the magistrates’ court with a false insurance policy. He admitted the insurance offence but was found guilty of the Forgery Act offence. He was fined £500 and ordered to pay £400 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW BROWN, 55, of Henry Taunt Close, Headington, was given 10 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half after he admitted stealing meat and cheese from Sainsbury’s. He must abide by a five month curfew and pay £186 in compensation.

PHILLIP McGILVARY, 76, of Norton Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Honda Jazz in Bateman Street in June. He was fined £300, banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

RICKY OUSLEY, 21, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, was given a four month community order banning him from going to Falcon Close, Oxford, after he admitted attacking a woman last May. He must pay £200 compensation.
