PETRE IONICA, 37, of Berinsfield, Wallingford, was found guilty in his absence of speeding on the A329 Thame Road in December last year. He was fined £220, given four penalty points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

COLE WALKER, 26, of Senter Lane, Witney, pleaded guilty to breaking into a house in Corn Street, Witney, and stealing a Pandora ring and Now TV streaming device. He was sentenced to 22 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years. He must do 100 hours of unpaid work and 28 rehabilitation days. A restraining order prevents him from contacting a woman for two years. He must pay £150 compensation and £100 costs.

MAZHAR IQBAL, 45, of Delapre Drive, Banbury,was found guilty of breaching an enforcement notice issued by Cherwell District Council in 2018 by failing to use land between Great Bourton and Cropredy for storage. He was also required to remove a static caravan. Magistrates fined him £750 and ordered he pay £5,075 in costs and surcharge.

IKHLAQ KARIM, 35, of Merton Street, Banbury, was also found guilty of breaching the Cherwell District Council enforcement notice. He too was fined £750 and ordered to pay £5,075 in costs and surcharge.

SAMUEL COOPER, 29, of Valence Crescent, Witney, was given a 12 month community order after he was found guilty of drug driving. He had ketamine and cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine in his system. Cooper had already admitted possession of cannabis. He was banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge.

EMMA COLLIGAN, 27, of Laurel Close, Carterton, admitted driving in Witney without insurance. She was fined £120, given six points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

RICHARD HAYWARD, 49, of Parklands, Banbury, pleaded guilty to failing to identify the driver of a VW suspected of having committed a traffic offence. He was fined £440, ordered to pay £134 in costs and surcharge and given six penalty points.

PATRICK BOJOU, 21, of Weldon Road, Oxford, was found to have broken coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering at a flat in Brook Street, Oxford, in January. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

BERNARD DAY, 49, of Morrell Crescent, Oxford, was found guilty of breaking coronavirus rules by being out of his home without a reasonable excuse. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

TOMMY HOLMES, 20, of Saunders Road, Oxford, asked the magistrates to reopen a conviction for breaching coronavirus regulations. He admitted breaking the rules by taking part in a gathering of two or more people outside the Co-op near Atkyns Road. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

CODRUT ION, 33, of Lidsey Road, Banbury, was found to have broken coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering at his home. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

DAWID JASINSKI, 32, of Alphin Brook, Didcot, was found guilty of breaching coronavirus regulations by being out of his home without a reasonable excuse, with police finding him at Didcot Football Club on January 28. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

ANTONIO JONES, 54, of Cricket Road, Oxford, left his home without reasonable excuse and in breach of coronavirus regulations. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

JAHANZAIB MALIK, 19, of Newman Road, Oxford, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge after he was found to have taken part in a gathering in breach of coronavirus regulations in January.

SILVIA DE CASTRO, 48, of Glenmore Business Centre, Kidlington, admitted continuing to open salon Silvia Hair and Beauty in breach of coronavirus regulations on February 12. She was fined £320 and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

STEFAN RIZEA, 29, of Broome Way, Banbury, was found to have broken coronavirus rules by taking part in a gathering at the People’s Park. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

DALE SALLIS, 27, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, was found guilty of breaking coronavirus regulations by taking part in a gathering of two or more people in a Seat Ibiza in Banbury. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

STAN SAXON, 41, of Middleton Road, Banbury, was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge after he was found to have taken part in a gathering of two or more people at the Banbury Town Hall in breach of coronavirus rules.

OWEN SHARP, 22, of Meadow View Road, Kennington, was found to have breached Covid rules by taking part in an indoor gathering of two or more people in Hillview Road, Abingdon. He was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay £266 in costs and surcharge.

STEVEN HOOD, 28, of Springfield Road, Bicester, was fined £120 and banned from the roads for 14 months after he admitted drink driving a Mercedes Sprinter in Keble Road, Bicester, on December 11 last year. He was found to have 51mcgs of alcohol in 100ml. The legal limit is 35mcgs. Magistrates ordered he pay a £34 victim surcharge.

ANITA HAYDEN, 32, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, was fined £40 after she admitted being drunk and disorderly in The Broadway, Didcot. She was found guilty of damaging a blood pressure monitor and possession of cannabis, for which she was fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and £20 compensation. The magistrates fined her a further £20 after she admitted breaching an earlier conditional discharge.

JORDAN MOORE, 25, of Beverley Gardens, Bicester, admitted beating a woman in Banbury. He was given a two year community order with 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days, must comply with a two year restraining order and was ordered to pay £135 in costs and surcharge.

KERA GIBSON, 30, of Alice Smith Square, Littlemore, was sent to prison for 12 weeks for assaulting two police officers at Abingdon Police Station. She was ordered to pay £150 compensation.

CHARLOTTE ORCHARD, 39, of Cullerne Close, Abingdon, was given a 12 month community order with 10 rehabilitation activity days after she admitted stealing almost £90-worth of chocolate bars from Tesco in Oxford. She must pay a £95 victim surcharge.

SHARON SAUNDERS, 41, of Sands Road, South Moreton, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot 308 whilst unfit through drugs and possession of cannabis. He was fined £295 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

LINDSEY FOWLES, 37, of Wessex Road, Didcot, was found to have been driving on the A4142 Eastern Bypass on June 6 without insurance or a valid licence. She was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.
