OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

LIAM DIXON, 21, of Tyrrell Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving while over the limit for cannabis and cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine. He was fined £161, banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL TRIBE, 47, who gave an address to the court of an Oxford house boat, was ordered to pay £250 compensation after he admitted assaulting a woman on December 2, 2020.

MOHAMMED ALAM, 39, of Parsons Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW M3 on the A44 while over the cannabis drug driving limit. He was fined £392, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

LEIGH COOPER, 39, of Rectory Road, Oxford, admitted trespassing on railway lines near Swindon. He was given a six month conditional discharge.

MARTIN COX, 48, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, was jailed for 14 weeks for breaching a criminal behaviour by drinking alcohol in Abingdon Market Place and using disorderly behaviour. He was in breach of an earlier six week suspended sentence. He must pay a £128 victim surcharge.

DANIELLA PAINTIN, 30, of Bampton Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Vauxhall on Blackbird Leys Road. Tests showed she was one-and-a-half times the limit. She was banned from driving for 17 weeks, fined £150 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

GRANT BECKLEY, 19, of Chalvey Road, Bicester, was fined £120 and banned from the roads for three months after he admitted failing to give the police information relating to the driver of a Ford Fiesta. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

DYLAN CANN, 21, of Samuelson Court, Banbury, admitted possession of cannabis. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £107 in costs and surcharge.

ROY WILLIS, 38, of Coopers Piece, Wallingford, was found guilty of racially-aggravated harassment. He was sentenced to eight weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year. The magistrates ordered he pay £450 costs and a £128 victim surcharge. He also admitted assaulting a man and was fined £120.

STEPHEN CLOTHIER, 33, of Idbury Stables, Chipping Norton, admitted speeding on the B4437 in Charlbury. He was fined £66, given three points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

RICHARD RICHARDSON, 42, of Station Road, Henley on Thames, was fined £660, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge after he admitted speeding in Bix.

SAUD SHARGAWI, 19, of Williamson Way, Oxford, was found to have driven without a licence or insurance in Nuneham Courtney. He was fined £880, given seven points and must pay £178 in costs and surcharge.

RAMAAN SHIED, 20, of Evenlode, Banbury, was found to have driven without insurance or a licence on Middleton Road, Banbury. He was fined £880, ordered to pay £178 in costs and surcharge and had seven penalty points placed on his licence.

SUSAN SHIRLEY, 61, of Mercury Court, Bampton, was fined £880 and given seven points after magistrates found allegations that she drove without a valid licence or insurance proved. She must pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

ALEXANDER VUKOMAN, 32, of Butterbur Gardens, Bicester, admitted speeding on the A41 in Bicester. She was fined £461, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £136 in costs and surcharge.

COURTNEY WANGO, 25, of Royal Berkshire Close, Didcot, was fined £880 after magistrates found she had driven without insurance or a valid licence. She must pay £178 in costs and surcharge. Her licence was endorsed with seven penalty points.

DEAN WILLIAMSON, 35, of Combe, Oxfordshire, was fined £880 after he was found to have driven on the M40 without a valid licence or insurance. He was given eight penalty points and ordered to pay £178 in costs and surcharge.

STEPHANIE WRIGHT, 40, of Shannon Road, Bicester, admitted doing 68mph in a 40mph limit on the A41 in Bicester. She was fined £255, given four points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

ALAN XEYANY, 31, of London Road, Oxford, admitted speeding on the M40. He was fined £220, given three points and told to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

CRISTIANA PILAT, 44, of North Hinksey Lane, Oxford, was found to have failed to give police information relating to the driver of a Ford suspected of having committed a driving offence. She was fined £660, banned from the roads for six months and ordered to pay £156 in costs and surcharge.

GARRY COFFEY, 36, of St George’s Court, Banbury, admitted driving a Kia Sorento without insurance or a licence and while over the drug driving limit for cannabis and cocaine derivative benzoylecgonine. He also admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £800 and banned from the roads for a year. Coffey must pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

SHANE MAUGHAN, 21, of Middle Ground, Wheatley, was fined £138 and ordered to pay £200 in compensation for stealing clothing from the Nike store at the Bicester retail outlet and groceries from the Wheatley Aldi. He must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

EMMANUEL RUZIGANA, 49, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving and driving without insurance or a licence. He was fined £300, banned from the roads for 20 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

ANGELA BARRETT, 65, of Littleworth Park, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was given a 12 month community order with a 10 month alcohol rehabilitation treatment requirement, banned from driving for 42 months and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

CAROLINE BUCKINGHAM, 55, of Chacombe Crescent, Banbury, pleaded guilty to speeding. She was fined £100, given three penalty points and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

ANDREW HAMBRIDGE, 30, of Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire, admitted dumping waste near Crowmarsh and Benson without an environmental permit. He was ordered to do 120 hours of unpaid work and must pay £1,185 in costs and a £95 victim surcharge.

MARK QUINN, 46, of Gordon Street, Oxford, was found guilty of stealing alcohol from B&M Bargains in Abingdon and assaulting two women. He was jailed 12 weeks and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

PETER CHAPMAN, 55, of Aynho, Banbury, was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £2,190 in costs and surcharge for making false tachograph records.

ROBERT BERRIDGE, 27, of Postcombe, Thame, was fined £300 for doing 120mph on the M40 last January. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.

MARK EVANS, 51, of Long Ford Close, Oxford, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation after he admitted assaulting two men at Aldi, Botley Road.

PAUL ALDRIDGE, 57, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, admitted assault, threatening behaviour, assaulting a police officer and racially-aggravated assault He was given eight weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year. He must pay a £128 victim surcharge.

ALIKATORAS EFTHYMOS, 45, of Merton Street, Banbury, was fined £346 and banned from the roads for three years for drink driving a Renault Megane. He must pay £120 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL WISEMAN, 36, of Warren Mead, Thame, admitted speeding on the B4001. He was fined £365, banned from driving for six months due to reoffending and ordered to pay £127 in costs and surcharge.

CHRISTOPHER HARMAN, 49, of Nowell Road, Oxford, admitted speeding on the eastern bypass. He was fined £400, given four penalty points and ordered to pay £125 in costs and surcharge.
