A plumber who was killed in a crash on the A40 died of multiple injuries, an inquest heard.

Isaak Chaab-Styles, 20, from Charlbury, was driving on the A-road near Burford on July 13 when his red Ford Fiesta was involved in a crash with an HGV.

Opening his inquest at Oxford Coroner’s Court this week, senior coroner Darren Salter gave the cause of Mr Chaab-Styles’ death as multiple injuries.

The matter was adjourned for a full inquest on February 24 next year.

Paying tribute to her son earlier this month, mum Vashti Styles said: “You were never angry and always such an inspiration, who we all love so dearly.

“You were taken from us all too soon. You left for work happy on Tuesday morning, and none of us knew that you would not be coming home.”

His friends described him as ‘one in a million’ and the most selfless person they had met.
