Drivers warned of traffic chaos in Oxford after construction site emergency
DRIVERS are being urged to avoid a part of Oxford this morning due to an emergency on a construction site.
There is currently heavy traffic on Banbury Road and the wider Summertown shops area.

This is due to a live electric line, which snapped out of a construction site.
Police and electricity maintenance officers are currently at the scene and dealing with the emergency.
